Michael has over 25 years of experience in all facets of commercial and residential real estate development and has been with Greenebaum Enterprises since 1987. Overseeing acquisitions, leasing, and managing of the Baltimore portfolio, Michael who has a degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University, was at the helm of the development of mixed-use community Maple Lawn in Howard County, MD.
Through Michael’s leadership, the family’s philanthropic mission endures. He serves on the board of the Greenebaum Family Foundation, which continues the philanthropy of his family by focusing on improving the human condition through education and medicine. Michael also serves on the University of Maryland School of Medicine Board of Visitors as well as the Greenebaum Cancer Center Board of Advisors. As co-founder of the Maryland Half Marathon & 5K, he has helped the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center raise more than $2 million since its inaugural event in 2009. Additionally, Michael serves on the McDonogh School Board of Trustees, and is an active participant in other civic and community organizations.
